Welcome
Hello, I am Melodie Vise, the proud owner of Next Home Senior Advisors,
a compassionate organization dedicated to guiding seniors and their families through the intricacies of senior
living.
My unwavering passion for the well-being of seniors and community development in San Antonio fuels my commitment to creating environments where our elderly population can
thrive in their unique journeys.

Drawing from a non-profit healthcare background, I have acquired invaluable expertise in community relations. Additionally, my experience in business development for a Texas-based diagnostics company has further enriched my skill set.

As licensed Realtor in Texas since 2004, I have guided many seniors and their families through the process and challenges that come with transitioning from one residence to another. Whether selling a large single-family home to downsize into a smaller home, or moving to an independent living, assisted living, or memory care, you can rest assured that I have the expertise to guide you through the entire process.
I hold a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation,
a top-tier real estate credential awarded for expertise in senior
housing, and am a member of the Senior Real Estate Specialist
Council.

In addition to my professional journey, I have spent meaningful time
as a military spouse, experiencing firsthand the unique challenges
and triumphs that come with military life. This background has shaped
my resilience and deepened my empathy for families navigating
lifes transitions.
Growing up in a farming and ranching family in Texas has further
instilled in me a profound sense of community and family values.

Currently residing in Timberwood Park with my husband and two children, I actively engage in family life, cheering on my kids at volleyball and football games. I am an active member of Bulverde Methodist Church, and love giving back to my community as a board member of the Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center and a volunteer for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
